A non-refundable 50% deposit is required with your order. The balance is due upon completion of the commission portrait. Portrait will not ship until full payment has been received and checks have cleared.

• Portrait will remain the artist's property until paid for in full.

In an event when the painting is damaged in delivery, it must be sent back to me in it's original packaging within 7 days. I will not be reliable for the delays of the completion of the portrait due to reasons beyond my control.

All artwork on this site, even after it is sold remain the copyright owner of the artist and is not allowed to be reproduced in any form without written permission. Reproduction without permission may result in legal action being taken.

Customportaitsil.com will keep all the information that our customers provide about themselves and will not be shared with any other third party (except to the extent needed to complete the order).
